The APS offers several different reports in the online system. This page will provide a brief overview and a link to download each sample report. For more detailed information please review the original material provided by the NCCA/SACC program.
APS Report Types
Recommended when counseling a client. This report is designed to provide the counselor valuable clinical information and cannot be given/shared with the client.
Recommended non-clinical user-friendly report. This report provides straightforward, easily comprehensible information and is intended to be given to the client as an ongoing reference.
Recommended when hiring an employee or designating someone for a ministry position. Vocational information is provided in this report that is intended for the employer, not the employee.
Special Personal Profile (SPP)
This is a low cost, supplementary report that can be purchased with the Clinical report. This report is a condensed version of the Personal report above and is also intended to be given to the client as an ongoing reference.
This report is designed specifically for youth. Like the adult Clinical report above this report cannot be given to the client. This report is recommended for youth ages 7 to 17, although this may vary depending on the child's level of maturity.
Youth Special Personal Profile (Youth SPP)
This report is similar to the adult SPP above, a low cost, supplementary report that can be purchased with the Clinical report, and can be given to the client. This report is intended to be given to the youth or parent as an ongoing reference.
Both the adult Clinical and Personal reports are available in Spanish, however, the youth reports are not available in Spanish.
