Client - Supervision Reports

Getting access to APS reports that were processed during your training or supervision phase of the program

All students going through the APS program must process reports during their training. These reports are often run under a supervisor and given to the student one by one. After the student completes the program and is certified to run reports independently, they do not have access to these clients in their APS account. However, a student can request access to the client reports, and if the supervisor grants this, we can move the client reports to the counselor's account.

Requesting access to reports processed through a supervisor

First, fill out the APS Online - Request for Supervision Student Reports form. After completing this form, we will verify the clients associated with your name in the supervisor's account and forward your request to them. We will move the clients to your account if this request is accepted.
